We manufacture buttweld fittings up to 48" NB — covering the full range required by pipeline, refinery, and large industrial projects. Large diameter fittings require both large press capacity and specialized tooling — our 350MT press is equipped for this.
Large diameter thick wall fittings require enormous forming force. Our 350 metric ton hydraulic press provides the capacity to form 12", 16", 24" and larger fittings in heavy schedules — a capability most Indian manufacturers lack.
Large diameter WPB carbon steel fittings for cross-country pipelines are a specialty. ASME B16.9 dimensions, API 5L compatible, with full MTC documentation for pipeline projects.
Large diameter fittings in SS 316L, Duplex S31803, and WP91 are available — particularly for refinery, offshore, and power plant applications where specialty grades are required even in large sizes.
