We manufacture buttweld fittings for all pressure classes — Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, and 2500. Higher pressure classes require heavier wall thickness — our 350MT press provides the forming force required for thick wall fittings.
High pressure fittings require Sch 80, Sch 120, Sch 160, or XXS wall thickness. We supply heavy schedule fittings in WPB, SS 316L, WP91, WP22, Duplex S31803, and all specialty grades.
High pressure hydrogen service requires special material considerations — NACE MR0175 compliance, hardness limits, and specific heat treatment. We supply NACE compliant high pressure fittings for hydrogen service applications.
High pressure fittings come with complete documentation — EN 10204 3.1 MTC, dimensional inspection report, hardness test results, and pressure test certificate where required. Third party inspection available.
