Our 350 metric ton hydraulic press enables forming of heavy wall fittings that require enormous force. Most manufacturers with smaller presses cannot produce thick wall fittings in large sizes — our 350MT press handles Sch 160 and XXS in sizes up to 16" NB.
We manufacture and stock buttweld fittings in Sch 80, Sch 100, Sch 120, Sch 140, Sch 160, and XXS (Double Extra Strong). These heavy schedules are required for high pressure systems, hydrogen service, and critical process applications.
Heavy wall fittings available in WPB carbon steel, SS 304, SS 316L, WP91, WP22, WP11, LTCS WPL6, Duplex S31803, Super Duplex S32750, and Inconel 625. Not all manufacturers can produce heavy wall in specialty grades — we can.
